The Income and Expenses Window is the place to enter your estimation of gross income to be
generated and of the recurring expenses you will need to pay in order to maintain the property.
The window contains a set of fields to enter your gross scheduled income and frequency (weekly,
monthly, etc.). There is also a field where you can enter the expected vacancy rate.
The window also contains a table with a list of about a dozen different expenses that are
commonly encountered by rental owners. The last item in the list is "Other", which you can use to
capture any other expenses not listed here. You can enter an amount and a frequency (weekly, monthly,
quarterly, or yearly) for each expense item. The default frequency is Monthly. You can change
frequencies individually per item, or all at once by choosing a frequency from the listbox above
the table, and then clicking the Set All Frequencies button.
